• Lucia Canales, Ridge Point High School

  • Lucia Canales serves as the Vice President of the Social Studies Honor Society, where she has helped spark student interest in history and civic engagement. This fall, she will be attending the University of Texas at Austin to pursue a degree in Data Science and Statistics. Her favorite memory from GT Mentorship is all the times she and Sydney got in trouble for talking. Through the program, Lucia has gained valuable real-world skills in areas such as interviewing, resume building, and professional development. The hands-on experiences offered by the class have equipped her with the tools she needs to thrive beyond high school.
