• Andrew Nguyen, Bush High School

  • Andrew Nguyen attends George Bush High School and is a part of the Scholar's Support Society (student-led tutoring club), NHS, MHS, and plays chess in his free time. Andrew will be attending the University of Texas at Austin for Biochemistry. His favorite memory with mentorship was all of ROPES day. Mentorship taught him to do things with an open mind; you can come into things with preconceptions, but until you're really there you don't know what's going to happen, so it's best to come in ready to learn and adapt as you go, rather than getting held up on preconceptions.
