  • Talent Management supports FBISD’s commitment to retain and develop the most talented and superior employees in Fort Bend ISD by promoting a culture of leadership excellence that supports professional growth.
    The Talent Management team is responsible for Learning and Development, Organization Health, Leadership Development, Succession Management, Benchmarking, Career Pathways, and Performance Management.

    Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Assessment

    If you have not earned an associate’s degree or higher nor completed 48 semester hours from a regionally accredited college or university, you can become recognized as a highly qualified paraprofessional in FBISD by successfully acquiring a minimum score of 465 on the ParaPro Assessment, sponsored by ETS.

    New Employee Orientation (NEO)

    New Employee Orientation provides new employees with a better understanding of the District’s mission, vision, and history. Emphasis is placed on providing excellent customer service.

    New Teacher Orientation (NTO)

    New teachers to Fort Bend ISD receive a district New Teacher Orientation focused on New Employee Orientation, CHAMPs, Differentiated Instruction, District Initiatives, Instructional Strategies, and Educational Technology.
