About Schoology
Schoology (pronounced /skoo-luh-jee/) is our district’s learning management system and our primary tool for facilitating blended learning. It is our platform for learning, accessing our curriculum and communicating authentic online learning experiences with parents. It offers students multiple avenues for collaboration, communication, assessment, submitting assignments and discussion boards.
Student Access to Schoology Job Aids
Students are able to access Schoology by logging in to their district-provided email address and password. They will also need to use the link above to access their district student account. Schoology is also available as a mobile app on iOS and Android devices. The following “how-to” documents have been provided to help you use your student Schoology account.
Overview of Steps to Access Schoology
Step 1: Login to Schoology through 1Link. Click on the Schoology icon found under the MyClass tab.

Navigation and Notifications
Setting up notifications and learning how to navigate within the platform will make your experience within Schoology better.
- Directions for general navigation of Schoology may be found at the Schoology Navigation Website. There is also additional information found on the Schoology Student Support website.
- Setting up notifications is a feature that allows you to select when you want to be notified about activity within your account.
Student Access to Archived Courses and Support with Schoology
Accessing Students Archived Courses - Support to help find course materials that may be archived from previous years or grading periods.
Schoology Mobile App
Access to Schoology through their mobile app allows you to check on course work, participate in discussions, submit assignments and do many of the same things as the desktop version of Schoology. PLEASE NOTE: Linked below are directions for accessing Schoology through the different apps for Android and Apple. When attempting to log-in be sure to use the section titled "Log in through your School (Enterprise)" as we have accounts already established with Schoology. When prompted to search for your school or organization you will type in "FBISD".
