Programs previously housed at the Ferndell Henry Center for Learning moved to M.R. Wood. Ferndell Henry will be renovated and repurposed as an elementary school to support growth in the FM 521 corridor, paid for by the 2023 Bond program. In 1918, M.R. Wood Center for Learning was named after M.R. Wood, a former president of the Fort Bend ISD school board, who impacted the lives of many.
