      Partner Spotlight

      • Office Depot

We are proud to recognize Office Depot/OfficeMax for their generous donations and support of FBISD Title 1 schools. Six FBISD elementary schools (including Fleming, Jones, Mission West, Parks, Ridgegate and Townewest) each received $4,000, totaling $24,000, for supplies. Additionally, school leaders received supplies and one member of each school team received a new desk chair. The six FBISD schools were among 70 Title 1 schools across the country to benefit from the generosity of Office Depot/Office Max shoppers, clients and the FBEF through the Office Depot Back-to-School Donation Drive.

      Grant In Action Spotlight

      • Neill GIA

        Just Orff-ing Around

Playing Orff instruments during music class brings excitement to students at Neill Elementary! This grant gives students at all grade levels access to additional xylophones and sets of resonator bells. The instruments provide them with a sensory and hands-on musical experience. Students use the instruments during chants, rhymes, stories and games. They are also learning to read music and care for the instruments.
