Our Department

  • The FBISD Early Childhood Department provides a programmatic structure and ongoing support to teachers, administrators, parents, and the community in implementing best practices in early childhood education.
FIBSD's early childhood programs exist to provide children with a solid physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and linguistic foundation.
Early childhood educational experiences influence children's lives, preparing them for futures beyond what they can imagine.

IMPORTANT! Following the recent consolidation of seven elementary campuses on March 9, 2026, our district teams are actively updating the elementary school zoning maps. Because these updates may affect school assignments, the registration opening date for all grade levels will be announced once the new maps are finalized and verified.
