**Please plan your print projects in advance of district holiday closings**

  • If you have time sensitive print items, please email the Print Shop at dlprintservices@fortbendisd.com to see if we can accommodate your print project timeline. *Print projects due in 1-3 business days will need prior approval from the Print Shop and will incur RUSH CHARGES.*
  • Print orders can be placed at any time; however, coil books require a significant amount of handwork.  Please plan your coil book print projects a minimum of 10 business days out.

 

 

FBISD employees must register as a Community Customer Taxable to place personal orders. Please do not choose your campus as your site.

Three types of registration: 

  • FBISD Campus/Department – School business (budget codes only) – This account is for campus' departments, and administration using budget codes. 
  • Community Customer – Taxable (credit card only) – This is for FBISD employees and community members' personal use. 
  • Community Customer – Tax Exempt (credit card only) – This is for PTO/PTA's, Booster Clubs, etc., who are tax exempt and can provide a tax exempt form. Note: The Print Shop will send a confirmation email once your registration has been approved. FBISD P-Cards cannot be used for Print Shop items. 

Community Customers pickup print orders at the FBISD Print Shop when notified. Delivery is not available for community customer orders.
