Introducing HR's New Online Service Center

  • As part of the FBISD Human Resources Department’s continuous efforts to provide exceptional customer service, we are pleased to introduce IFS Assyst, HR’s NEW online service center!

    IFS Assyst will provide FBISD employees with direct access to the Human Resources Department, and will ensure you receive accurate and timely responses to your HR questions. You will also be able to submit feedback, compliments or suggestions via the platform.

How to Submit an Inquiry: Current FBISD Staff Members

  • To submit an inquiry to HR via IFS Assyst, please visit help.fortbendisd.gov. Please note the IFS Assyst system is exclusive to FBISD staff members, therefore you may be prompted to enter your login information in order to submit your inquiry.

    After you are logged in:

    • Click on “Services” using the menu located to the left of the screen;
    • Click on “HR Services” under service categories;
    • Click on the topic that best describes your inquiry;
    • Provide additional information about your request; and then,
    • Submit the form.

    After you submit the form, the appropriate staff member will be notified. Please allow two business days for the staff member to research and respond to your inquiry.
