Monitoring student enrollment trends, managing student enrollment through strategies like cap and overflow when necessary, and planning for balanced campus utilization over the long term are important goals for Fort Bend ISD. 

Enrollment management is a short-term strategy to provide relief for a highly utilized campus prior to or until an attendance boundary adjustment is determined.  

Long range attendance boundary planning aims to balance enrollment to ensure efficient use of district facilities This is critical to ensure all students have access to quality education, quality resources, and quality programs across the district.
