Fort Bend ISD

Sanjana Dhakshinamoorthy is a graduating senior from Dulles High School. As part of her extracurricular involvement, Sanjana performed in Bharatanatyam dance and served as the Vice President of Dulles HOSA. Through the mentorship program, Sanjana was fortunate enough to be able to work with Mr. Mario Herrera, Cardiac Cath Lab Director at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, and with Mr. Hector Santos, Evening Lead Radiologic Technologist at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. Her time there provided invaluable insight into observing the technicalities behind neurosurgical procedures in the OR, interacting with patients in the clinic, and rotating in various imaging modalities. In the fall, Sanjana plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin as a Biology major.
