• Gaurav Verghese, Hightower High School

  • Gaurav Verghese is a senior from Hightower High School pursuing his passions through his mentorship with Missouri City. At Hightower, Gaurav loves to engage in philosophical debates through his school’s World Schools Debate chapter and to teach core foundational topics through his founding of his school’s Financial Investments Club and vice presidency of Mu Alpha Theta. Through his mentorship, Gaurav has realized the importance of local government in community-based advocacy. In the fall, Gaurav plans to either attend the University of Texas at Austin under their Canfield Business Program or Washington and Lee University to study political science and finance.
