Fort Bend ISD

Daniel Ihe is a graduating senior at Travis High School. As part of his extracurricular involvement, Daniel has participated in Model UN and Orchestra for 4 years, serving as the Vice President of his school’s Orchestra. Additionally, Daniel has received the College Board National African American Recognition Award, the Academic Award Winner, and has received sweepstakes during his final year of UIL. Through the mentorship program, Daniel was fortunate enough to be able to work with Jahan Tolliver, the Assistant Director of the Fort Bend County IT Department. His time there provided invaluable insight into multiple aspects that contribute to the term Computer Science and the possible career paths that the field allows. In the fall, Daniel will be attending either The University of Houston or The University of Texas at San Antonio as a Coordinated Admissions Program student to study computer science.
