Fort Bend ISD

Laya Reddy is a graduating senior from Austin High School. Laya's extracurricular activities involve the Student Council, Service for Humanity, and the Austin High School Volunteer Group. She is also the co-founder of a charity organization called Flours for Philanthropy. Laya will be attending Texas A&M University to study engineering. Through her mentorship with Bianca Echtler, she has learned about the internal processes of the marketing department and experienced different initiatives and campaigns take place. Her favorite mentorship memory was partaking in team bonding exercises and games at ROPES. Through this, Laya grew closer to many of the other students in the program, and she also learned the importance of teamwork and efficient communication.
