• Elizabeth Murray, Ridge Point High School

  • Elizabeth Murray is a senior at Ridge Point High School. She is a member of National Charity League, various national honor societies, and tutors students across subjects in her free time. She was mentored at the Houston-based non-profit Children at Risk, which advocates for local and state policies that support the success and well-being of all children. After graduation, she plans to study at Georgetown University or Columbia University/Sciences Po, preparing for a career in international relations and for working in the non-profit sector to improve global access to a quality education. In the meantime, you can find her reading, writing, sleeping, listening to music (particularly female singer-songwriters), or raging against the patriarchy. Her favorite memory from GT Mentorship is the Thursday evening session when Mrs. Bryant revealed...interesting emails she'd received.
