Gifted and Talented Implementation Team
What is the purpose of the Gifted and Talented Implementation Team?
Since its inception during the 2017-2018 school year, the purpose of the GT Implementation Team is to provide feedback on the alignment of the FBISD GT program in relation to the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented Students. As an advising group, the Implementation Team researches, recommends, informs, and suggests best practices for growing and strengthening the FBISD GT Program aligned to the five-year task map.
Who is on the Gifted and Talented Implementation Team?
The Implementation Team has representation from parents, students, administrators, GT department members, executive leadership, and community members.
