  • Welcome to the Texas Performance Standards Project, or TPSP, in Fort Bend ISD.  The TPSP is designed to provide Fort Bend's Gifted and Talented populaton rigorous, differentiated independent research opportunities that are aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).  TPSP creations are an expectation for every gifted and talented student on every campus and every grade level in Fort Bend ISD. The projects were designed to support reaching the state goals for gifted and talented students:

"Students who participate in services designed for gifted students will demonstrate skills in self-directed learning, thinking, research, and communication as evidenced by the development of innovative products and performances that reflect individuality and creativity and are advanced in relation to students of similar age, experience, or environment.  High school graduates who have participated in services for gifted students will have produced products and performances of professional quality as part of their gifted services."
