Media credentials must be requested weekly. Requests may be submitted as early as 7:00 a.m. on Monday each week and will conclude 24 hours before each game requested. Submit all requests by completing the credential form.
A confirmation email will be sent if your credentials are approved for the game(s) requested.
Access to the stadium, field, or press box will only be granted with confirmation of proper credentials. Requested and approved media passes can be picked up at the following stadium locations on game day:
Hall Stadium: Field-level storage garage located between both fieldhouse locker rooms.
Mercer Stadium: Field-level storage garage located between both fieldhouse locker rooms.
Press box access is limited in capacity, with priority given to media outlets producing live broadcasts. All media members must list the type of access requested when utilizing the above link (press box, field, or bleachers).
Interviews with coaches or players will take place after the game. Coaches and players will be given a chance to clear the field and enter the locker rooms prior to interviews. All interviews should be limited to 15 minutes or less. Live shots or setups must be requested and approved 72 hours before the event.
School Yearbook/Journalism-school based media should have a yearbook/journalism ID badge always displayed and must be shown to pass gate administrator when entering the stadiums. Students must be professionally dressed and represent FBISD in a positive manner.
Sideline access will be limited. Team boxes will be extended from the 20-yard line to the 20-yard line (see diagram). Credentialed photographers and videographers can travel from one end of the field to the other through the team box. However, they will not be allowed to remain in the team box. Photos and videos must be taken only from the designated media areas.
