ATTENTION FUTURE EDUCATORS:
Due to COVID-19, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has provided guidance for educator certification and preparation. The links below provide timely and important information about Governor Abbot’s recent actions regarding educator certification.
The flexibility provided by Governor Abbott’s suspension creates the possibility for candidates who are admitted to an Educator Preparation Program (EPP) but who have not completed testing requirements to receive a one-year intern certificate.
