Fort Bend ISD will host a Summer Hiring Event on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 as it seeks passionate and dedicated staff members to lead and support instruction at its campuses.
During the June 17 Summer Hiring Event, FBISD will be looking to hire:

We offer a starting teacher pay of $62,000 for first-year teachers, plus a differentiated pay scale that offers significant increases at the completion of five-year milestones. Teachers have a week off for Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, and Spring Break, and two weeks off for Winter Break. Our instructional calendar intentionally includes breaks for students and teachers each month, providing opportunities to rest and recharge during the year.
