Instructional aides play an important role in our students' educational experience and support teachers in the classroom. Instructional aides work during the academic year and are eligible for benefits and paid time off.

Please note, all Instructional Aide Positions require 48 college hours or a passing score on FBISD's Instructional Para Assessment. For more information, or to sign up to take the test, please visit the Instructional Para Assessment webpage.
