Fort Bend ISD

The TAPP Induction and Mentorship Program exists to achieve the following outcomes aligned to board goals:

• Expedite the growth of first year teachers by providing ongoing support and feedback related to content knowledge, instructional skills, classroom management, and navigating district/campus programs and expectations.
• Provide the necessary support to develop and retain quality new teachers that will improve student achievement in Fort Bend ISD.
