The Fort Bend ISD Project Management Office supports district’s strategically aligned projects and programs with a clear vision to standardize project delivery across the district and creating awareness around the importance of organizational change.  Priority areas include but not limited to the following....

  • Launching projects tailored towards improving the overall productivity and efficiency of the district
  • Creating a center of practice around PMO by building Project Management capacity and prioritizing resource and budget for bond funded, grant funded and strategic investment projects
  • Upgrading existing infrastructure across FBISD schools and facilities
  • Initiating projects that prepares FBISD for future growth through school expansions
