• FBISD Induction & Mentorship 

    Together our department works to meet the needs of teachers and leaders throughout the district with the goal of improving retention and ensuring teachers and leaders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to be effective in their roles, ultimately leading to improved student outcomes. In addition to the onboarding staff receives initially, the district provides mentors, ongoing learning opportunities, and individualized campus support to teachers and leaders.
