    Foundations is a comprehensive onboarding and induction program for new administrators in Fort Bend ISD.  The program supports the growth, empowerment, and retention of quality campus leaders who display Profile of a Campus Leader Attributes in order to help all members of the Fort Bend Independent School District Community reach their maximum potential.
