    Together, our department works to meet the needs of teachers and leaders, with the goal of improving retention and ensuring knowledge and skills are acquired for all parties to be effective in their roles. This ultimately leads to improved student outcomes by fostering a strong pipeline of effective educators and leaders, creating supportive environments where staff and students can thrive, and building capacity across Fort Bend ISD. 

     

    In addition to initial onboarding, our programs provide mentors, ongoing learning opportunities, and support to teachers and leaders.
