    Teachers Advancing Professional Practice, TAPP, Induction and Mentorship Program exists to achieve the following outcomes aligned to board goals:

    • To support new teachers on the road to proficiency by providing ongoing support and feedback related to content knowledge, instructional skills, classroom management, and navigating district/campus programs and expectations.
    • Provide necessary supports to develop and retain quality new teachers that will improve student achievement in Fort Bend ISD.
