Unofficial Transcripts
Students may need to request unofficial transcripts for scholarships, summer camps, to have for their own records, or, sometimes, for employment. Students may access their transcript on Skyward under Portfolio.

All official transcripts are requested through SchooLinks. https://www.fortbendisd.com/Page/158988

For Common App, you must email your Counselor to request your transcript. Why? Documents are personally uploaded for each student by the Counselor. It is not just a transcript. It includes a School Profile, Rank Letter (if selected), Transcript, Fee Waiver (if qualified) and a Recommendation. The recommendation is why you also need to email your resume/brag sheet. To complete this in a timely manner, you need to contact your counselor 2 weeks in advance. 

This process was presented at Senior Conferences, Parent University, 2 Senior Assemblies, SchooLinks announcements to parent and student, and on the CCR website. 

For Apply Texas and others, no email needed. It is auto sent from the Registrar approximately 3 times a week.

Official Transcripts for Mid-Year and Final Requests:
Students must email their counselor when they need a mid-year transcript sent. ALL students applying to college will have a final transcript sent.
