ApplyTexas 

ApplyTexas is the college application platform for all Texas public and private universities. If you are planning to attend a Texas 2 or 4 year college, please use ApplyTexas! 

Steps to Complete an ApplyTexas Application:

1. Create an account with https://www.applytexas.org/

2. Add the Colleges to "My Applications" 

3. Complete and Submit Application. (You may submit the College Essay on your application is applicable)

4. Login to SchooLinks to request your transcript to be submitted to the school. 

5. Request Letters of Recommendations (if required) in SchooLinks.

6. Follow up and keep track of your application on the university-specific student portal (ex. UT has the MyStatus Portal)
