College Admissions test provide colleges a way to compare applicant academic strengths. The SAT and ACT are just one aspect of the college admissions process. Please remember that scores alone will not guarantee admissions or rejection. If you are planning to attend a 2 year college, please note that they do not require standardized test scores for admissions.
It is important to plan ahead when it comes to the SAT and ACT. The BEST time to test is during your Junior year and the summer before your Senior year of high school.
The TSI Assessment (TSIA) is part of the Texas Success Initiative program designed to help your college or university determine if you are ready for college-level course work in the areas of reading, writing, and math.
