    Parking Permits:

Parking permit information can be found on the Dulles High School web page under the “Students and Parents” tab and “Parking Permits”. The reserved senior parking spots are sold out, but there are plenty of regular parking spots still available for $40.00. These are paid through the new “VANCO” system (link on the “Parking Permits” page).  All students must fill out the parking permit form (on the “Parking Permits” page) and pay the fee (VANCO) before they will receive a parking pass. Students MUST have a valid driver's license; learner permits cannot be used to purchase a parking permit.

    • Students will attend all classes listed on the schedule – only fall semester classes are listed on the schedule.
    • Students will not be allowed to go to their counselor about their schedule.

Students will use this link https://www.fortbendisd.com/Page/159657 to complete the schedule correction form if you have any of the following issues:

      • A student previously passed a class that is on their schedule.
      • A student is enrolled in the same class for more than one period.
      • A student is enrolled in two classes during the same period.
    • If a student is missing a class period on their schedule, they will go to the counseling office during that missing class period.
    •

Off and away for the day – personal device policy:

House Bill 1481 is a state law passed by the Texas Legislature that requires school districts to prohibit students from using personal wireless communication devices during instructional time.

The following prohibitions and restrictions will be outlined in Fort Bend ISD Policy (FNCE Local):

    • Elementary students in Pre-K through 1st grade shall not possess a personal telecommunication device on school property during the school day.
    • Students in grades 2–12 are prohibited from using personal telecommunication devices on school property during the school day. All devices must be powered off and stored in the student’s backpack while on campus. Accessing or using a personal telecommunication device at any time during the school day, in any area of the campus, is strictly prohibited.

“Telecommunication devices” are those that emit an audible signal, vibrate, display a message, or otherwise summon or deliver a communication to the possessor, such as cell phones, smartwatches, wireless headphones, and earbuds.

A student who violates the telecommunication device policy will be assigned a disciplinary consequence following the noncompliance guidelines outlined in the Student Code of Conduct and personal device policy.

    Donation for Teacher/Staff Faculty Fund

During the school year, we honor the Dulles High School teachers and staff for their hard work and dedication by hosting a few breakfasts, luncheons, and various events to show our appreciation. Unlike the Elementary and Middle Schools who have PTO organizations, Dulles High School does not have a budget for these events. Therefore, we rely on our parents. DHS is asking for monetary donations to make these staff events possible throughout the 2025-2026 school year. The money raised will go towards food, drinks, paper goods, decorations, etc.

To donate go to the DHS homepage, click on “RevTrak Web Store,” then click “Faculty Fund.” Lastly click the link to “DHS Faculty Donations.”

We hope that you will consider donating so that we can give our outstanding Teachers and Staff a true Viking “THANK YOU” for all their hard work and dedication to our students throughout the year.
