Verification of Enrollment Request

To request a Verification of Enrollment (for getting a driver's license, etc) from Dulles High School, please email Casey Barajas.

In the email, please include the following: 

Subject: VOE Request 

Email: Include the Student Name and ID number (lunch number)

Please understand that the VOE form expires 30 days after you receive the VOE via email from Ms. Dang. After the initial 30 days, it will no longer be considered official and you will need to email again to get another official VOE.
