I graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History. I began teaching and coaching in 1993.  I've worked previously at Dulles and Clements High Schools, as well as working in the Allen and Plano ISDs in the DFW Metroplex. I have taught a multitude of subjects including U.S. History, U.S. Government, World History, Texas History and Health. This year, I will be teaching Health Education.  My wife Amy, is the Lead Counselor at Ridge Point. We have a son, Joe, and a daughter, Kate.

I have coached a variety of sports including Football, Basketball, Track and Soccer.  I have served as the Offensive Coordinator and Special Teams Coordinator at several coaching stops. This year, I will serve as the Varsity Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach.
