Dr. Nichols is proud to be the principal of Dulles High School! She is proud of the vast accomplishments of the students and staff. She values the strong partnership Dulles has with the community and parents to provide the best educational experience for the students. Dr. Nichols is committed to the District's mission to inspire and equip students to pursue futures beyond what they can imagine. She believes in the importance of an engaging and supportive climate focused on student learning.
Dr. Nichols is a product of Fort Bend ISD and attended Dulles ES, Dulles MS, and Dulles HS. She has fond memories of playing in the band, dancing on the drill team, and being a leader in multiple clubs and organizations. She truly had a wonderful educational experience in Fort Bend ISD. Dr. Nichols became a teacher and taught Reading at Lamar Junior High School before returning to Fort Bend ISD in 2004 as a business teacher at Dulles High School. In 2007, her administrative career began at Kempner High School where she served as assistant principal, dean of instruction, and associate principal. She served as principal of Sartartia MS from 2013-2016.
Dr. Nichols holds degrees from the University of Texas (BBA) and the University of Houston (M.Ed. and Ed.D). Dr. Nichols enjoys spending time with her family. She is married to Dr. Jacob Nichols, who is also an administrator in FBISD. They have three daughters, Layla, Natalie, and Summer.

Mrs. Cholly Oglesby
Mrs. Oglesby works with students in grades 9-12 whose last names begin with R-Sm. She is beginning her seventeenth year in education. Mrs. Oglesby taught special education for five years in Houston Independent School District and was an Educational Diagnostician for five years at Dulles High School before becoming an administrator. She also coached soccer for eight years at the middle and high school levels.
Mrs. Oglesby holds degrees from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, University of Houston, and St. Thomas University. Mrs. Oglesby enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married to Major Daniel Oglesby, they have two daughters, Grace and Sarah.
Nevert M. Moses works with all students whose last names begin with H-Ma. She has 14 years of experience in education. Ms. Moses has served as a Teacher, Dean of Students and an Administrator during her tenure, as well as, served 10 years Law Enforcement prior to Education. She received her undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University, as well as 2 master’s degrees from Prairie View A&M University. She has 2 beautiful Daughters, Ivy (Freshman Boomer Sooner) and Nia (Sophomore in high school), whom she loves spending quality time with. Ms. Moses comes to us by way of Allen, Texas and feels blessed to be a part of our family.

Mr. Orlin works with students in grades 9-12 whose last name begin with A-D. He has 24 years of experience in education. Mr. Orlin taught 14 years at the middle school and high school levels coaching football and baseball. He served the last 8 years as a middle school principal in FBISD. Mr. Orlin is a product of FBISD and attended Dulles High School. He graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science and received his master’s degree in Education from the University of Houston-Victoria.
Mr. Stewart works with students in grades 9-12 whose last name begin with E-F, Sn-Z. He has 20 years of experience in education. Mr. Stewart taught mathematics for 15 years. He also coached boy’s football, basketball and track at the middle level. He served as an Assistant Principal at Lake Olympia Middle School for two years. In 2012 Mr. Stewart was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps Reserves where he served for 8 years.
