Success Zone is an exciting afterschool enrichment program that offers classes to all District and Non-District elementary age students. We collaborate with professionals throughout the community to bring our students the perfect mix of a fun learning environment, imaginary curriculum and high-energy activities! No matter what your child’s interests are—from STEM learning, cooking, sports and fitness to art, music, dance and more—we are sure you’ll find a class that your child will enjoy.

• Registration for Fall 2024 classes is open through September 2, 2024. 
• Registration for Success Zone is available online through Eleyo. 
• To register, parents will need to complete a parent profile, add your child's information, and then enroll in the selected course(s). 
• Classes are open to all interested students in grades K through 5, unless specified otherwise. 
• Early registration is encouraged to avoid cancellations due to low enrollment. 

Tuition

• The fee covers all the sessions and must be paid in advance. 
• Tuition fees vary and are set by the vendor/instructor and paid to the Community Education Program.
• Classes are self-supporting with fees financing and sustaining the programs. 
• Financial assistance is available for our Success Zone Program at selected campuses. Please contact our office for more information. 

Refunds

• The Community Education Program is funded solely from tuition. Expenses for the vendor/instructor and materials are set once a class has made the minimum enrollment or is in progress. Therefore, refunds will only be issued as follows: 
• For classes canceled by the Community Education Program, 100% of the tuition paid will be refunded. 
• If a request for a refund is made ten business days prior to the start date of the class, 100% of tuition paid will be refunded and a processing fee of $10 will be added.
• If a request for refund is made five business days prior to the start date of the class, a 50% refund of tuition paid will be issued and a processing fee of $10 will be added.
• Refunds will not be issued if requests are made less than 5 business days or once a class begins. 

• All Success Zone classes are held on campus. 
• Please notify your child's teacher that he/she is enrolled in Success Zone. 
• After school, Success Zone students are dismissed to Extended Day. 
• Once staff takes attendance, students will have time to eat their snack and get ready for class to start. 
• When class is over, students will be brought back to Extended Day. 
• If your child is a non-Extended Day student, then he/she will need to be picked up once class is over. 
• If your child is an Extended Day student, then he/she will return to his/her group.
