2024-2025 School Year Registration Information
Registration for the 2024-2025 Fort Bend ISD Extended Learning before and after-school programs is now open.
Parents will need to create an account and also submit a program contract. If you DO NOT already have an Eleyo account, click the link to "Create one now." After creating your account, you will be able to add your children and continue the registration process. An account can be created prior to registration opening.
If you have previously created an account in Eleyo, please ensure that you are registering for the 2024-2025 school year using that account. We will link contracts based on the previous enrollment on your account.
To register for the 2024-25 school year, parents need to complete a registration contract in Eleyo. Current families must re-register each year to continue attending the program. You will need to complete and update all registration questions and select the program that your child will be attending, along with the campus and grade level for the 2024-25 school year.
Eleyo How To Guide for Parents - 2024-2025
There will be an additional program option for students enrolled in Extended Day and Little Learners. There will be a morning only program, an afternoon only and a morning and afternoon combination program. When a student is enrolled in an offering, they will only be able to attend during those program hours. Parents can sign their child(ren) up for the option that best meets their needs.
Program Options (New for 2024-2025 School Year)
Mornings Only
- Open before school begins, until campus doors open in the morning.
- Full service days and early dismissal days are available for an additional fee.
- Afternoon care is not available with this option.
- Spring Break and summer programs are an additional cost.
Afternoons Only
- Provides care from school dismissal until 6:30 p.m.
- Early dismissal days are included, full service days are available for an additional fee.
- Morning care is not available with this option.
- Spring break and summer programs are an additional weekly fee.
Mornings and Afternoons (Combo)
- Open before school begins – a great way to avoid the morning drop off lines.
- Early dismissal days are included, full service days are available for an additional fee.
- Spring break and summer programs are an additional weekly fee.
- If you anticipate your student will ever need both before and after care, select this option.
There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee due at the time of contract acceptance. This fee is required to secure your child's spot in the program for the 2024-25 school year.
Extended Learning programs have limited availability and fill up quickly, so be sure to register early. Once a campus has reached the maximum capacity, students will be placed on a wait list until additional spots become available.
After the application is submitted, notification about acceptance into the program will be sent to the email address on file. Each application is individually reviewed and approved and this process can take up to three weeks during this high volume time. You will receive two emails: a confirmation once application is submitted, and confirmation when your application is approved by staff.
Please note that tuition has increased for the 2024-2025 school year. Due to the rate of inflation, the increase was necessary to continue to provide quality programs for students.
The new tuition rates for 2024-2025 are:
Extended Day – Elementary School Before and After School Program
- Morning Only - $115
- Afternoon Only - $275
- Morning & Afternoon - $295
- FBISD Employee Rate - $270
Little Learners – PreK Before and After School Program
- Morning Only - $135
- Afternoon Only - $330
- Morning & Afternoon - $350
- FBISD Employee Rate - $325
Club Excel – Middle School Before and After School Program
- Morning Only - $125
- Afternoon Only - $265
- Morning & Afternoon - $295
- FBISD Employee Rate - $270
The first tuition payment for the school year must be paid on or before August 8, 2024. Tuition for August and December will be prorated.
In 2024-2025, there will be a fee charged for each full-service day, or student holiday, that the program is operating. Parents will need to register their student and pay the daily fee for their child to be able to attend on each student holiday. Additional information about these days, including campuses that will be open for care, will be provided at a later date.

Tuition & Fee Guidelines
- Registration fee and tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable to another student or program.
- Fees can be paid online in Eleyo using a credit card, debit card or ACH payment.
- Tuition is due on the first working day of each month. After this date, late fees of $10 a day, per student, accrue on any remaining account balance.
- Eleyo allows credit cards to be saved and auto drafted on the tuition due date. Parents are strongly encouraged to utilize automatic payments to avoid any late fees.
- Tuition is charged at a monthly rate regardless of the number of days of attendance or school days in a month. Tuition for August and December are prorated due to the number of calendar days of service.
- Parents have the option to unenroll from automatic payments by removing the credit card on file after the contract has been submitted. By removing auto pay, parents must log in to their account to make payment each month and are responsible for any late fees accrued.
- Late fees will continue to accrue throughout the month and when payment is not made, parents will be contacted about their child being dismissed from the program for non-payment.
- Late payment fees are due at the time they are added. Late fees should be paid at the time they are invoiced to avoid additional charges.
- Extended Learning ends at 6:30 p.m. each day. Parents that arrive after 6:30 p.m. will be charged additional late pick-up fees. Refer to the late pick-up information chart in the Parent Handbook.
- Late pick-up fees are applied to accounts after each incident and are due with the next tuition payment.
- Children will be removed from the program if the balance of ANY fees is outstanding two weeks after the due date
- Discounts only apply to students attending the morning and afternoon full tuition program. No other programs will receive a discounted rate.
- There will be no split payment tuition option for the 2024-2025 school year.
- When submitting a registration application, parents will select the first day that the student will attend the program. Students may not attend until the contract has been approved. Extended Learning will work to accommodate the requested start date to the best of our ability, unless the campus is on a wait list.
- If a parent needs to change the requested start date prior to attendance, the contract can be updated in Eleyo. Parents may delay their child’s start date one time per school year.
- The registration fee will be processed to the payment method tied to the contract when the application is approved by the Extended Learning Main Office. Please note that the approval process can take up to three weeks.
- Enrollment will not be approved if the registration fee cannot be processed.
- The registration fee must be paid again to re-enroll and outstanding balances must be cleared before re-entry is granted, provided there is availability at the campus.
- When withdrawing your child, parents must submit notice in Eleyo two weeks prior to the end of the month in order to avoid the next month’s tuition. Parents are responsible for any tuition amount during this two week period until the withdrawal effective date.
- Outstanding balances at the time of the withdrawal are the responsibility of the parent. Any balance not paid may be turned over to the District’s collection agency.
- Paper withdrawal forms are no longer accepted by the department.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawing during the month.
- Parents must submit a request to change their child's schedule with at least two week’s notice prior to the end of the month. The approval of schedule changes depends on program space availability and campus staffing. Tuition is not prorated for any schedule change requests after the first of the month.
- If tuition has already been invoiced for the month, parents must adhere to the two-week window and are responsible for their outstanding balance.
- Fees and/or tuition are non-refundable in the event your child is suspended or removed from the program for any reason.
- A fee of $25 will be assessed to any credit card disputes, regardless of the outcome.
- Returned ACH payments will be assessed a $25 fee, along with any applicable late fees. If an ACH payment is returned more than one time, parents will need to provide a saved credit card in place of future ACH payments.
- There will be no refunds or credits for suspension or dismissal of any student, inclement weather conditions, school closures, parent behavioral issues, spring break charges, missed field trips/in-house activities or any non-refundable fees paid.
