Stipulations:
- If a substitute worked in an identified Special Education severe position and at a Title I campus on the same day, he/she will receive the greater amount, not both.
- Substitutes working in long-term assignments are EXCLUDED from incentive pay.
- This incentive plan applies to full-day absences only (or two half-day absences at the same school on the same day.) The only exception will be for the last two half days of the school year.
- Incentive pay is paid out on the final check of the following month, after the dates are worked. (e.g., dates worked in August will be paid on the September 30 pay check.)
