New Applicant Tracking System for Future Employees
Beginning March 01, 2021, FBISD is excited to transition to a new applicant tracking system, Taleo. Current job postings and applications in Winocular will be available and continue to be accepted until February 26, 2021.
Winocular will remain accessible until February 26, 2021 for documents such as transcripts, resumes, and cover letters that you wish to save to your personal files. Please remember documents or applicant profiles will not move over to Taleo. All external applicants will be required to create a new applicant profile in Taleo. Current employees will automatically receive an account that can be accessed through the Internal Employee Portal, available on March 01, 2021.

What does this mean to you as an applicant?
FBISD will continue to accept applications in Winocular through February 26, 2021. Beginning March 01, 2021, you can review available job postings and apply for any positions in our new applicant tracking system, Taleo.
What does this mean if I have already applied for a job?
If you filled out an application to an active job posting in Winocular prior to February 26, HR and Hiring managers will still have access to your existing job application.
If you would like to continue to be considered for other positions available in the District, please fill out a new application in Taleo beginning March 01, 2021.
What will happen to all my documents (resumes, letters of interest, references, certifications, etc) uploaded to WinOcular?
Candidate documents such as transcripts, resumes, and cover letters will not move over to Taleo. Please save these documents to your personal files by February 26, 2021 and upload to Taleo when you create your new account.
What if I need additional assistance with my job application in this new system?

Due to COVID-19, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has provided guidance for educator certification and preparation. The links below provide timely and important information about Governor Abbot’s recent actions regarding educator certification.
The flexibility provided by Governor Abbott’s suspension creates the possibility for candidates who are admitted to an Educator Preparation Program (EPP) but who have not completed testing requirements to receive a one-year intern certificate.
