Partner Spotlight: Second Baptist Church
Second Baptist Church, an exemplary partner* for the Willowridge feeder pattern, works closely with Collaborative Communities to provide students in need with food, clothing, toiletries, and school supplies. Second Baptist has demonstrated unwavering in-kind and monetary support through the years by providing volunteer service time, student support, holiday and staff appreciation, acknowledgement and implementation of initiatives on various campuses within the feeder pattern.
*An exemplary partnership is a model and sustainable relationship between a school or feeder pattern, a community partner and the District’s Department of Collaborative Communities that measures impacts on students and families in support of the district’s mission.
