Fort Bend ISD

Fahmi Khan currently serves as the Coordinator of Visual Arts in Fort Bend ISD.  Prior to her current role, she was the 3D Art Educator at Clements High School. She started her public school educational career with HISD 18 years ago at the elementary level. 

Ms. Khan is also an award-winning professional, published and practicing artist.  She has worked in various culturally and economically diverse communities with several prestigious non-profit organizations in a developing country – integrating her art for literacy, as well as women and child health care awareness. Her passion for creativity and design thinking is evident in her drive to encourage both the students and teachers of Visual Arts to excel in their field.

She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking and a Masters in Sociology.
