The Facilities team received 2298 work order requests in the month of December 2021

• The team closed 2367 work orders during the month and the average age at completion was 16 days.
• Of the 2367 work orders closed in December: 695 or 29 percent were completed in one day or less.
• 1322 or 56 percent of the work orders were completed in five days or less.  
• Open Work orders with Actions Taken was 48% for December 2021
• January work order productivity will be updated in February 2022.
