IT Contract Management

Overview: Consolidation of all IT contracts into a single area of responsibility for visibility, tracking and continuity.

Who is eligible to use the service: All IT leadership that is tasked with implementing new software will be supported by IT team and annual contract and support payment will be the responsibility of IT department.  This includes contract less than $50K and not requiring Board approval.

Related services: Any contract over $50K is managed by Purchasing and this offering will cover the renewal request and processing for payment.
