Overview: CSC is the first point of contact between FBISD and all its customers.
Benefits and features: Users can speak to a live FBISD IT staff member.
Who is eligible to use the service: Staff, Students, and Parents.
How to request access to the service: All Staff and Students in 6th-12th Grade can access the Support Portal to submit a case. Anyone can send in an email to support@fortbendisd.com to have a case created. CSC phone number is 281-634-1300; Open Monday-Friday excluding district holidays. Hours of Operation are 6:30am-5pm.
