BIO
Beth Martinez currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent in the District. She previously served as the District's Chief Academic Officer.A graduate of Clements High School, Martinez has deep roots in Fort Bend ISD and is an experienced educational leader having worked in the District for the past 30 years. She previously served as the Chief of Strategic Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation, as well as , Chief of Staff and Strategic Planning, Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Director of Talent Management, Director of Staffing and Director of Organizational Development. Prior to these roles, she was a principal, assistant principal and elementary teacher.Throughout her career, she has served on numerous committees and advisory boards. Recently, she and her team led the efforts to develop the health and safety protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In previous roles, she led the efforts to develop the District-wide Feeder Pattern and Boundary Implementation Team, and served on the Bond Planning and the Safety and Security Committees.
Martinez earned her Master of Education from the University of Houston and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Houston Baptist University.

Payal leads the Department of Collaborative Communities by providing strategic oversight and direction on key priorities and initiatives. She brings extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to create, implement and manage community-based programs and initiatives for federal government, school district, non-profit and healthcare settings. Payal has a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master in Public Health from The University of Texas School of Public Health.

Lydia leads the District’s Mentoring Program and Parent Educators / family engagement efforts. She recently joined the team in September 2020 and comes with a background in higher education, community engagement, workforce development and grant administration and oversight.

BIO
Bobbie leads the District’s Shared Dreams Program and exemplary partnerships. Through her extensive experience in working with the District for over 20 years, she has helped impact thousands of students and families. Bobbie has a Bachelor in Applied Arts and Sciences from UT Tyler and a Master in Human Resource Development from UT Tyler. She is a life-long learner who wants to make a meaningful impact for students.

Jodi supports Collaborative Communities by assisting with the implementation and management of stakeholder engagement committees and serves as the District’s policy and procedures liaison. She has served in the District for 6 years in various roles in Central Administration. Jodi has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University – Kingsville.

Reba provides support to the Chief of Staff and Collaborative Communities Department. In addition, she supports the VIPS, creates District-to-campus collaboration and oversees the Department’s volunteer clearance process. Reba is dedicated to her job with the District and is committed to helping others.
