Chief of Staff and Collaborative Communities
Anthony Indelicato currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Collaborative Communities in Fort Bend ISD. Prior to his current role, he served as an Assistant Superintendent of School Improvement, a campus principal at Kempner High School in Fort Bend for four years and was previously principal of Klein Intermediate in Klein ISD. He started his educational career as a high school art teacher in Conroe ISD.
He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University, a Master of Fine Arts from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master’s in Educational Administration and Doctorate of Educational Leadership at Sam Houston State University. Dr. Indelicato’s goal each day is to help make a positive difference supporting students, parents, and educators.

Bobbie leads the District’s Shared Dreams Program and exemplary partnerships. Through her extensive experience in working with the District for over 20 years, she has helped to impact thousands of students and families. Bobbie received her Bachelor's and Master's education from UT Tyler. Bobbie is a life-long learner who wants to make a meaningful impact for students.

Chassidy oversees the Sugar Land 95 Project and coordinates student civic engagement programs. She assists the District in educating the community to honor the Sugar Land 95 discovery and leads civic engagement efforts including Student Voter Registration.
Executive Director, Collaborative Communities
Reba provides support to the Chief of Staff and Collaborative Communities Department. In addition, she supports the VIPS, creates District-to-campus collaboration and oversees the Department’s volunteer clearance process. Reba is dedicated to her job with the District and is committed to helping others.
Director, Collaborative Communities Mentoring, District Parent Organizations & Parent Educators
Lydia leads the District’s Mentoring Program and Parent Educators / family engagement efforts. She recently joined the team in September 2020 and comes with a background in higher education, community engagement, workforce development and grant administration and oversight.
