Fort Bend ISD is committed to providing a safe and pleasant outdoor environment at our schools. The District encompasses more than 1,700 gross acres spread over 177 square miles. The 1,045 total maintainable acreages is split between 785 campus lawn service acres and 260 athletic grounds acres.

Miscellaneous services are also provided by the in-house team and include irrigation system maintenance, large debris and tree removal (where safety allows) and the removal of nuisance animals in and around school property.
