Overview: FBISD IT provides timely and comprehensive support for all applications (Cloud and On-Premise) adopted by the District. All staff and secondary students can request support through the FBISD Support Portal. Elementary school students can request assistance through their teacher or have a parent call the Customer Service Center at (281) 634-1300.

How to request access to the service: Application Support requests should be submitted through the FBISD Support Portal or by calling the Customer Service Center at (281) 634-1300.

Escalation procedure: Please submit a support ticket through the FBISD Support Portal or call Customer Service at (281) 634-1300. FBISD employs a tiered support model to maximize efficiency and minimize time-to-resolution for submitted requests. Escalations will be made based on impact and severity.
