Overview: Enterprise PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Services Suite including: Workforce Administration, Position Management, Direct Deposit, Payroll, Self Service (myselfserve), Benefits Administration, Time & Labor tracking, Leave Administration, Federal and State reporting inclusive of (Tax, TRS and PEIMS)
Benefits and features: The Human Capital Management (HCM) system provides a secure, specific and specialized set of information that can be easily shared between enterprise and other reporting systems with bi-directional interfaces. The HCM system includes tools and services to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor tracking, and Absence Managment for operational use as well as self service. PeopleSoft HCM is the system of record for all Employees.
Who is eligible to use the service: Any FBISD employee with a business need to access the system
How to request access to the service: Create a ticket in the Support Portal and attach/email security access clearance from Supervisor.
