Final student placement is determined by the campus registrar.

Due to continued growth in the area, Commonwealth Elementary is only accepting new students who live within a two-mile radius of the school – and therefore would be ineligible for bus transportation to CWE. For the 2019-20 school year, all newly-enrolling students in grades 1-5 who live beyond the two-mile radius will be re-directed to Settlers Way Elementary, with transportation provided to Settlers Way Elementary instead of CWE. Kindergarten students inside and outside of the two-mile radius will be allowed to enroll at CWE.

Due to continued growth in the area, Madden Elementary remains closed for new enrollment for students in grades 1-5. Instead, the students new to the Madden community will attend Oyster Creek Elementary.
Please note: students currently enrolled at Madden who live in the 2018-19 Madden Elementary attendance zone will continue to attend Madden in the 2018-19 school year. Additionally, all students entering kindergarten will enroll and attend Madden for the 2018-19 school year.
At this time, the District plans to use Oyster Creek Elementary as the overflow campus until a more permanent solution is identified, such as construction of a new elementary school.
Prekindergarten Program – 2018-19
Eligible students will attend prekindergarten at their zoned campus based on their home address. However, not all campuses offer a prekindergarten program. To find your child's prekindergarten campus for the 2018-19 school year, please visit the 2018-19 Prekindergarten Infofinder. For more information about PreK eligibility, please visit the PreK webpage.
Special Education Programs
The locator tools provided on this webpage are designed to identify attendance boundaries by a student’s home address. If your child attends a centralized Special Education program, his/her school may be different than the school to which your home is zoned. The Special Education Department will notify you directly of any changes to the special education feeder pattern at a later date.
