• ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAMS

    *FBISD will be closed on Juneteenth (06/19/2025) and the Fourth of July Holidays (06/30-07/04/2025). 

    In summer 2025, Fort Bend ISD will offer a variety of free elementary student targeted summer programs. Student eligibility varies by program. 

    Fort Bend ISD will offer free summer programming for identified Emergent Bilingual students to provide students accelerated instruction. The multilingual summer program is designed for students currently enrolled in pre- kindergarten (PreK) and kindergarten who are also in the Bilingual or ESL (English as a Second Language) program. The program provides multiple opportunities for students to engage with meaningful linguistic and academic experiences to prepare them for the next grade level. Parents whose children qualify will receive communication on how to register through Skyward. Please see the table below and the summer multilingual website for details. 

    GT-specific summer camps provide a venue for academically and intellectually exceptional children to have fun while enhancing not just their intellectual interests and needs, but also their emotional, social, and problem-solving skills, with other like-minded peers. With specialized instruction chosen to stimulate children's imagination and broaden their grasp of a high-interest topic, your child will not only be entertained, but also educated, and challenged.     FBISD Special Education will offer several summer programs including Extended School Year (ESY) Services, Structured Therapeutic Educational Program (STEP), SPED Early Intervention Academy (EIA), and Social Understanding Programs. Please check the Special Education website for program details and qualifications. (ESY) services will be provided to students receiving special education services who are recommended through an ARD committee decision.

    Extended Learning offers two summer enrichment programs. Camp BLAST is a full day, weekly summer camp and the Academy of Inspiring Minds (AIM) offers specialized half-day enrichment classes. Registration: https://fortbendisd.reg.eleyo.com/
