• Please submit all athletic entry fee requests below. Submitting the fee requests along with approved travel packet when required will allow our department to approve and process requests promptly.

    Cross Country, Track & Field, Tennis, and Golf schedules along with the approved and signed travel forms: DEE-E-1, EFD-E1, and FMG-E-2, must be entered in Rank One prior to submitting entry fee requests. A travel packet is only required when travel distance exceeds 50 miles one way.

    Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing the entry fee requests.
